⚠️ Before You Delete
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. The following will be permanently deleted:
- Your user profile and authentication credentials
- All virtual trade history and completed orders
- Open positions and portfolio data
- Virtual balance and P&L history
- Subscription data (any active Pro subscription must be cancelled separately in Google Play)
Note: Cancelling your subscription in Google Play does NOT automatically delete your account. Please follow the steps below to delete your account data.
How to Delete Your Account
Choose any of these methods:

Delete in-app (Recommended)
Open PaperTradeNifty → Go to the Account tab (bottom nav) → Scroll to bottom → Tap "Delete Account" → Confirm. Your account and all data will be deleted within 24 hours.

Request via Email
Send an email to
support@altrigatechnologies.in with:
Subject: Account Deletion Request
Include: Your registered phone number or email, and the reason (optional).
We will process your request within
7 business days.
📧 Email Deletion Request
Data Retention After Deletion
- Personal data (name, phone, email) is deleted within 30 days
- Anonymised analytics data may be retained for up to 90 days per our analytics provider's policies
- Financial transaction records (if any paid subscription) may be retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax law
- Firebase Authentication tokens are invalidated immediately upon account deletion
Cancel Subscription (Google Play)
If you have an active Pro subscription, please cancel it separately to avoid future charges:
- Open Google Play Store on your device
- Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
- Find PaperTradeNifty → Tap Cancel Subscription
- Confirm cancellation
