1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the PaperTradeNifty application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Altriga Technologies.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. About the App

PaperTradeNifty is a virtual options trading simulator that allows users to practice trading Nifty and BankNifty options using simulated (paper) money. Key characteristics:

• All trades are completely virtual — no real money is used or required
• Market data is sourced from public APIs for educational simulation
• Virtual capital is provided for practice purposes only
• The App is not connected to any real brokerage or exchange account
• Results in paper trading may differ significantly from real trading

3. Eligibility

To use this App, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Provide accurate registration information
• Not be prohibited from using the App under applicable laws

4. User Account

4.1 Account Creation

You may create an account using phone number OTP verification or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4.2 Guest Mode

You may use the App in Guest Mode without creating an account. Guest data is stored locally and is not synced to the cloud. We cannot recover guest data if lost.

4.3 Prohibited Actions

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts to gain unfair virtual advantages
• Use automation, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the App
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the App for any illegal purpose

5. Virtual Currency & Trading

The virtual capital ("Virtual Funds") in the App:

• Has no real monetary value whatsoever
• Cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or converted to real money
• Cannot be exchanged for any goods, services, or real assets
• May be reset by us if misused or exploited
• Is subject to change at our discretion to maintain simulation integrity

Virtual P&L, positions, and portfolio values are for educational simulation only and do not represent real financial gain or loss.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

6.1 Pro Plan

We offer an optional Pro subscription plan that provides premium features within the App. Subscriptions are billed through the Google Play Store.

6.2 Billing

• Subscription fees are charged to your Google Play account
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes

6.3 Refunds

Refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policy. For refund requests, please see our Refund Policy or contact us within 7 days of purchase.

6.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store. You will retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including but not limited to the app design, UI, logos, icons, and code — is owned by Altriga Technologies and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

The "PaperTradeNifty" name and logo are trademarks of Altriga Technologies.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 Not Financial Advice

The App and all content within it are provided for educational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, trading, or legal advice. Past virtual performance is not indicative of future real trading results.

8.2 Market Data

Market data displayed in the App may be delayed or approximate. We make no guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data.

8.3 App Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App. We may perform maintenance, updates, or suspend the App at any time without notice.

8.4 Regulatory Disclaimer

Altriga Technologies is not registered with SEBI as a broker, investment advisor, or any regulated financial entity. The App is a simulation tool only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Altriga Technologies shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App
• Real trading losses incurred by users who base real decisions on virtual performance
• Loss of virtual data due to account deletion, device loss, or technical issues
• Any errors in market data or simulation results

Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct we deem harmful to the App or its users.

You may delete your account at any time through the App (Profile → Delete Account) or by contacting us at support@altrigatechnologies.in.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.

Before initiating any legal proceeding, we encourage you to contact us at support@altrigatechnologies.in to resolve disputes informally.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notification. Continued use of the App after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
