Overview
This Refund Policy applies to Pro plan subscriptions purchased through the PaperTradeNifty app on Google Play Store. The app itself is free to download — no payment is required to use the basic features.
Google Play Refund Policy
Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are subject to Google Play's refund policy. Generally:
- For subscriptions, Google may offer a refund within 48 hours of the initial purchase if you haven't used the subscription features significantly
- Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once processed
- To request a refund through Google Play, go to play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory
Our Refund Commitment
In addition to Google Play's policy, we will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If a Pro feature is consistently unavailable due to our app's technical failure and we are unable to resolve it within 7 days of your report
- Accidental Purchase: If you contact us within 7 days of purchase and have not used any Pro features
- Double Billing: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period
Non-Refundable Situations
- Subscription renewals (you must cancel before the renewal date)
- Dissatisfaction with virtual trading results (all trading is simulated)
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
- If Pro features were used during the subscription period
- Account termination due to violation of Terms of Service
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@altrigatechnologies.in with:
- Subject: Refund Request – PaperTradeNifty Pro
- Your Google Play order number
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request
We will respond within 5 business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days.
